Under the instruction of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality (STCSM), Shanghai International Technology Transfer Network (SITTNet), was co-founded by National Technology Transfer Center of Jiaotong University, Shanghai Technology Innovation Center, Shanghai Co-way International Technology Transfer Center, Shanghai Small Business Service Center and Technology Transfer Center of Shanghai Academy of Science in 2004 to provide full support in Shanghai’s international TT. SITTNet is also a part of Shanghai R&D public service platform system.
